I love this book. From the warm color and texture of its book cover, to each detailed review and recipe for each healing spice. Though I've been a healthy cook for a few years now, this book reminded me how nourishing food is and why it can be important, and just adding mint or rosemary, pepper or thyme to my current dishes makes them so much tastier! I had forgotten those little things make such a difference. Also, the book has a load of recipes using turmeric and cumin, something I've never really known how to use or what dishes to add it to.
