I have been using this drive now for 3 months and I am very satisfied with it. It's quiet except for a small fan on the back, fast with USB 2.0 and works well with Linux. It's very small and compact, about double the width of a normal internal hard drive (if you look inside the case it IS two internal IDEs chained together!). It seems to be very durable as I have carried it around with me in a bookbag everywhere I go without problems.
