4.0 out of 5 stars Kindle version needs ability to resize insets, February 16, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Creative Thinkering: Putting Your Imagination to Work (Paperback)
Just starting chapter 4 in the kindle version. The book so far is illuminating except it is very hard to read some of the thought-exercise insets as the format does not resize these. This makes me regret buying this book. I don't know if this is a problem particular to this book or a kindle issue. Either way it, is ripe for some 'Creative Thinkering'.

You may try downloading the free Kindle app so you can read it on your computer. I had several kindle books where it is hard to read graphics. While its not ideal to have to go to your computer, at least you can see them better. http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=kcp_pc_mkt_lnd?docId=1000426311

That is what I have my ebook downloaded to so unfortunately that is not the answer.

Try double clicking on the illustrations. I had a lot of trouble reading anything graphic on my black and white Kindle 2, but on my Fire, all illustrations (photos, drawings, charts) open up when you double click on them. I don't know how the PC reader works, but you could try it.

has anyone else tried reading this book in Kindle version? Was thinking of purchasing it but don't want to waste my money if I'm not going to be able to see the illustrations properly as I imagine they're an intricate part of the book and the exercise that are included.
