I really struggled to understand how to substitute ingredients in recipes to be able to make my family delicious food while still keeping it gluten and wheat free. This recipe book by Tammi Forman made it all so simple and every single meal I have cooked has worked perfectly the first time I made it. The deconstructed sushi salad is pure genius. The photos are beautiful and the recipes so obviously come from the heart of a mother who has worked really hard to find answers to healthy meals for her allergic children. Now you can make a gourmet 3 course allergy friendly meal from this book for all ages, from little kids to discerning adults. I so look forward to her next book.
