This book is extremely refreshing, for someone that knew literally nothing about fitness and nutrition it really laid it out there and was a great read. The fact that you don't have to alter your life in any crazy ways, that you can do a lot of the workouts with stuff around the house and without a gym membership and the nutrition info is great. If you're like me and get pulled in 14 different directions every time you consider trying to be more healthy... check this out.
