This will be a short review plus a bit of a series review because this was one of those books that wasn’t super memorable for me but was enjoyable, and I liked the whole series.
This one had a good story with: – Space adventures! – Action! – A galaxy shaped by an AI uprising that killed much of humanity in the past – A character with a sort of supernatural ability to telepathically communicate with technology – A m/m romance that was nice though perhaps a bit rushed – Sexy times – A found family space crew with some quirky characters and sweet dynamics
Sebastian was my favorite character, so I was happy to find out the next book would be about him. By the time I’m posting this, I’ve finished all three books in the series and felt that each one was better than the last with the third absolutely being my favorite.
So if you like space adventures and this sounds interesting to you, give it a try!
*Even though each book in this series focuses on different characters and functions as a standalone, I recommend reading them in order, or you might be lost in regards to the world and character/relationship backgrounds.*
