This review is from: SSDMR (Dual mSATA SSD to SATARAID Adapter - Support SATAIII) (Electronics)
This device is based on ASMedia ASM1092R SATA controller that doesn't support TRIM in RAID mode. Also be carefull if you buying this device only for Port Multiplier mode. All modern Intel's chipsets after ICH10R don't support Port Multiplier. This means that all modern PC, laptops, netbooks, tablets, etc. based on Intel's chipsets will be use only one SSD of two in Port Multiplier mode.

Thanks for posting this - I almost bought one. So basically it's SATA III however it can't be used in laptops that have SATA III ports(only SATA II). What do you use it for exactly? I still don't understand why it won't support TRIM in RAID mode. Isn't that an OS thing or does the controller merely block the TRIM commands?
