Felt the Burn,

While Jay's program is catered towards simplicity, he does not go easy on you. You will sweat and burn. Coming off of surgery less than a year ago, it gave me confidence and drive, without having to drastically alter my daily routine. It was the right program, at the right time and I'd highly recommend it for people of all fitness levels.
