Wowie!!!
I really hit the jack pot when I ordered this. I watch a lot A LOT of historical documentaries. This was a deeply satisfying experience. I had watched Monarchy with David Starkey and it was a treat to watch this on the back end of that. utterly fascinating, I have watched it again and again. I learned so much I did not know. The segment on Matlida the first episode was my favorite, I knew nothing about her until I watched this. The segment on Mary (bloody Mary) was insightful, before her phantom pregnancies and mass burnings-she wasn't so bad. Highly recommend this to anyone interested in English History or woman's History
