This review is from: The Mystical Body of Christ, and the Reorganization of Society. (Hardcover)
This is truly one of the most important and well written books I have ever read. Between the pages of these covers, Father Fahey explains, in exquisite detail, the reasons why modern society is in such sad shape, together with a workable solution. What more can we ask of a 600-page book?

Father Fahey was an expert on the scholastic philosophy of Saint Thomas Aquinas, history, economics, and law. He combines all of these disciplines beautifully in this masterful work. And to these disciplines, he adds the wonderful touch of a master communicator. The result is spell binding and terribly enlightening.

[...] Pick up a copy. Read it. And come to understand not only the state of the world, but also how adherance to the principles of the Mystical Body of Christ can finally cure our ills. God bless.

This book was referenced by Bishop Tissier of SSPX at a conference I just attended--October, 2011, Kansas City--regarding the Kingship of Christ (that is, the effect on the civic body and politics of the Incarnation, Death, and Resurrection of Christ). How I wish I could 'pick up a copy,' as the reviewer recommended! I would share it at once with the protesters against Wall Street greed.

Michael Tozer, if you get this comment, you might be very interested in the SSPX Kingship of Christ conference notes. It was held just last weekend in Kansas City. Audio tapes are available. You could tell if you would be interested in that audio by first reading Quas Primas, the encyclical by Pius XI, just google it, it's online free, because the conference was primarily a kind of theological, and practical, roll out of the principles there. They are sometimes difficult for us Americans, raised in such a thoroughly secular society, to relate to the principle, but if we ever grasped it, we could make American everything she should be by restoring Christ to His rightful place in our world. And that's do-able, if we make a step by step project line! (Now more than ever!) I don't know if you can contact me through my profile on Amazon (can't leave this page to check!) Thanks for your review, and enthusiasm for the truth.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Janet. It appears that Amazon censored some of my original review. There I suggested that the book was also available from Catholic.treasures.com. If this passes through the censors, you can still give it a try. You can probably reach out to me through the amazon site, if you'd care to do so. God bless.

I found a copy here for 13.00, and am happy. Thank you, though I hope you might follow up on the subject as it was presented at the Kansas City conference, as it is most interesting. In Christ.
