5.0 out of 5 stars Pairs easily with your Papago Gowatch 770, November 6, 2014

This review is from: PAPAGO GH100-US GoHeart100 ANT+ Heart Rate Monitor (Black) (Electronics)
Length:: 3:06 Mins

I was recently privileged enough to get my hands on a Papago GoWatch 770 PAPAGO GW770-US GoWatch 770 Multi-Sports GPS Watch (blue)and after using it for a while, I had to try this with this GOheart100 heart rate monitor that the watch was made to go with.

Included in the box are the instructions, the warranty card (warrantied for 1 year), the adjustable strap with sensors on it and the Golife device itself that snaps into place on the strap.

The Golife device snaps securely on the strap and will take some effort to get it off, so it is definitely not going anywhere when you exercise. The band is easily adjustable and will fit most body types. As with all of these types of devices, you have to wet the sensors prior to putting them on your chest at about sternum level.

Pairing is extremely easy, just go to the Papago watch sensor settings and hit ok to pair and that's it. It only takes a moment to pair.

The heart rate detection is immediate and I ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill and the heart rate was amazingly consistent. Much better than my experience with my heart rate monitor that came with my Nordictrack which sometimes looses signal and gives fluctuating readings at times.

Overall, a must have for your Gowatch. Accurate, easy to pair and comfortable to wear 5 stars.

I received this product as a sample for review.

Thanks for showing the back of the unit, and that it only takes a coin to open the battery case. My big beef with the Garmin HRM are the four screws that hold the battery case together. The heads strip too easily. And it is not friendly with just any brand of any Phillips #0 screwdriver.
