The Seiko Men's SNXJ90 Seiko 5 Automatic is not for everyone, but for those with an appreciation for old school mechanical movements it's great. With the 7S26C movement it cannot be hand wound with the crown and keeping it running requires daily wearing or a watch winder. It can also be wound by holding the watch face down and whirling it in a circular motion causing the rotor to spin. As I said, not for everyone. This movement will wind in either direction. It's quite accurate for a self winding mainspring powered watch, but if you want supreme accuracy and no fuss time keeping, the Seiko SGF204 quartz and battery watch has the same look. Both watches are very close in appearance to the Rolex Model: 16013. I own several Seiko watches (both movement types) from 1982 to present and all still perform well.
