Coming from a professional chef and overall foodie, this is a terrible book. Not only does it drag on but he also discusses his personal life along with a very cheesy sense of humor. It is not all about cooking either. It's also about hunting, crafting and chemicals, other BS that I stopped reading when I was 75% done with the book. I give him two stars for all the work that he put into it, but overall, this is trash. No he is not creating future 4-hour chefs with this book, it's just a nerdy self-finding journey published.
