05/10/12: Contacted Stuhrling customer service. Good: I was immediately talking to a rep just after first bell. Bad: They want the watch to be sent to their NY office for repair with a $20 return shipping fee. Also its on me to send it to them. So I guess i have to spend $30-$35 to send it to them for fixing under warranty!
05/09/12: It is a beautiful and unique watch. I had to wind it every morning or it loses time - the auto-winder is not sufficient on its own. Problem is it died after a week short of 3 months. And i read other reviews that state similar issue with these watches. I'll definitely won't be buying Stuhrlngs any more.
