The book and the author's story should be plenty of inspiration for you to get started on your quest to lose weight and get in shape. The program seems easy enough to do: fasting cardio in the morning, eating clean, mild calorie restriction, weights four times a week, and some walking at night. I think that this is something even older people (like me) can attempt. PJ is also accessible on twitter from time to time if you need that extra measure of inspiration. While I highly recommend this book, a few words of caution: no one can do this for you and you actually have to do the program yourself. Have a good reason for getting started and then follow through.
