I enjoyed getting this deeper look into Jake, Aaron, Caleb, and Elliott's polycule since Bright Spark ended with Jake and Aaron's relationship kind of just forming and Aaron not yet meeting Jake's other boyfriends. This is the most complex and nuanced polyamorous relationship I've read about so far, and it seems like a really realistic portrayal with struggles but also a lot of communication and love. Overall an enjoyable addition to the series. Check it out if you want to see more of these characters and their relationship after Bright Spark!
