I enjoyed Aarons book which was the best of the Panther insider books to date. This book answered many of the questions I had about the demise of the Party and the inner workings regarding leadership and rank and file. It struck me as a genuine realistic memoir of the Black Power era and the Black Panther Party. It contained a couple of factual errors, regarding the BlackStone Rangers and the location of Cabrini Green housing developments, but other than that it was a righteous account.
I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to know about the Black Panther Party from a Black Panther himself.
