It is hard to prove that CoQ10 is doing its job since I am using a variety of supplements to keep my blood pressure in check. I certainly feel better since I started taking it so I will continue to take CoQ10 along with the other supplements that I am taking. Supplements, good diet and exercise have resulted in a very large drop in my blood pressure reading. My numbers continue to improve each week. I have gotten my blood pressure down by avoiding salt and fat rich foods. Adding high flavonoid foods to my diet and using the supplements, calcium-magnesium, COq10 and fish Oil. I think you have to take this supplement for awhile to see results.
