You need to put some fabric on the robot to avoid balls flying when you hit the robot.
I personally will have to return mine as the base plate is to loose (confirmed by Joola) as sometimes a ball gets struck under it and jams the robot.
The wired remote cord is a bit too short to be able to bring the remote to the frond side of the table. This means, you will have to put the remote on the side of the table.
Aside from all these things you need to workaround, I love this robot. It permits I a practice fast movement (think of expending the ball capacity to 200+ with some cardboard). This will permit you practice for about 3 min (at max frequency), then refill the beast from a ball bucket under the recycling net you will have to buy separately.
I have a yound son who had difficulty returning 1 of every 50 balls I whould send him, now he returns about 1 out of 3 on the table (for the elapse time he stays focus.. yest youngsters will get tired quickly of hitting repeatitive balls).
