3.0 out of 5 stars Terrible DVD Menu, December 19, 1999

This review is from: The Usual Suspects (DVD)
Warning to DVD viewers who have not seen this movie: Do not play the menu screen before watching the movie. The menu shows movie clips in the background, some of which are from near the end of the movie. I don't know who the morons were who created this DVD, but someone should tell them that that the movie is esentially a MYSTERY, and they should probably refrain from showing people the ending before they watch it. This is a great movie, it is a shame that the DVD producers put such little thought into making this DVD.

Thankfully, I'm an old fan of this wonderful piece of work
and can't help but agree to your being p.o.ed. My ex-wife,
to my amazement, was able to figure out who K. Soze was!!
She has'nt been as sharp since!! Oh, she's a captain of industry,
thankfully for my son (yes, I've benefitted as well) we're just
in different heads when it comes to the arts (particularly
"frivolous movies".) I want to give her my 2nd copy of this
special edition (in my airhead bent---I forgot this dvd was
2 sided and got a 2nd copy when, one day, I couldn't find the '2nd disc' in this "special edition" set) but I know it would'nt be appreciated. This film has always held sway with me as well as introduced me to Del Toro, Kevin Pollack and, yes, yet another Baldwin. What else has K. Singer directed?? This film is an excellent addition to any resume.
