This book was written by someone with a deep understanding of Zen Buddhism, and long experience in helping people with weight problems. Ms. Kabatznick served as a consultant to Weight Watchers for many years, wrote a monthly advice column in Weight Watchers Magazine, and founded a wonderful organization called "Dieters Feed the Hungry".
