The subject line says it all. I bought two. One was perfect, the other had a lens defect and needs to be replaced. At 960P the Image quality is excellent. The odd bugger of it is that the actual official foscam app doesn't even have this model listed in its supported devices. This means I have to use a third party app which proves to be rather unstable outside of my network. For the one needing replacement, I called Foscam at 7:20 pm. CDT on 05/22/2014. Phone support is open until 8 pm. At 7:50 pm they answered said they were closed (from India) and asked for my contact info. I told them I called in at 7:20. They didn't care. They said support had "gone home." They had me on hold for 30 minutes only to find out they decided to leave early that night. Yep...they closed their customer support 10 minutes early and took a message. Really?
The one that works really works great. The one that has the lens defect or focusing issue (half the image is blurry) I'm still waiting for a call back and RMA. One more important point on this device if you decide to buy from Amazon, you can't get a replacement through Amazon as they only are used as a fulfillment agency. So if you get one that has a bad lens, you can either get a refund from Amazon or you'll have to sit on hold to get a replacement from Foscam.
