I tend to like Cooking Light cookbooks but this is the best by far. As a Texan I love my country fried steak, but as a constant dieter I've had to forego that pleasure. Now, it's back on my menu again. Make Country Fried Steak with Mushroom Gravy with the Buttermilk Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and life is good. Also, the Classic Meat Loaf. The recipes I have tried are great and simple and I have a long list of more to try soon. Most recipes are pictured (which is a must for me). And I can work them on all into my Weight Watchers. I love this book!
