The mat itself is great. I wanted to put this video up so others can see what a "good" wrinkle free mat looks like out of the package vs. on with wrinkles that may or may not come out. Hope it's helpful.

Thank you G. Ozaeta for your video. We take tremendous pride in manufacturing our Imprint mats. However, there are times when a mat is not properly rolled and wrinkles can happen. Most times, the wrinkles do disappear after unpacking. Obviously, we try to prevent these occurrences with our QC process.

The bottom line, we stand behind our products 100%. Furthermore, we want to offer the best customer service and satisfaction in our industry. So, we are thrilled that our authorized partner (Amazon) sent you a replacement mat.

I just received mine today. It had several deep wrinkles in it and they were not coming out. So I took my hairdryer and blew some hot air over them. They came right out.
