Earlier this year, I bought a used Mac computer from a reseller. At the same time, I purchased a Square Trade warranty. The computer died within a couple of months, and I filed a claim online with Square Trade. I anticipated that I would have to jump through a number of hoops to resolve the claim, but there was no hassle whatsoever. The brief online form required one follow-up phone call, and Customer Service was excellent. They determined that the computer could not be repaired and quickly refunded the entire purchase price. I was very impressed.
