The tank and bowl arrived separately, days apart. That was OK in itself but what was NOT OK, and was not specified in the "Product Details" section, was there was no "Tank To Bowl Coupling Kit" included so I had to go to Home Depot to purchase one. There was no seat either even though the picture on the web site shows it with one and just because "The Frequently Bought Together" section showed a seat does not necessarily mean it doesn't come with a seat. This should be pointed out somewhere on the page but it is not. The good news about the coupling kit is it only cost $5.00 at Home Depot whereas it cost $14.00 on Amazon. If this toilet were purchased at Home Depot it would come with the coupling kit, and seat, included... as well as instructions, which there were none to be found anywhere. I've installed a toilet before but for a first timer this might be a little daunting. I purchased the toilet from Amazon as a "package", not separate parts and, as such, it should have come with the coupling kit... or AT LEAST in the "Product Details" section point out that the purchaser must purchase additional items to what is being ordered. The "Product Description" also said it came with "2 color-matched bolt caps" and those were missing too.
One other point has to do with the bezel around the two push button switches on the tank lid. The bezel was split/cracked in one corner. It is chrome/metal and should hold up without replacing and since it would be such a hassle to have it replaced I decided to just leave it the way it is and live with it cracked. It's mostly a cosmetic condition from what I can tell anyway so it should be OK. If I had purchased this toilet at a store, like Home Depot, I could have taken the lid alone back and they would have exchanged it on the spot. As a matter of fact this item was less expensive at Home Depot and it included a 'slow-close' seat. It was because I had gift certificates is why I chose to order this from Amazon. I will reconsider in the future when ordering such an item.
