Never Tease Me,
This review is from: Never Tease a Weasel (Picture Book) (Hardcover)
I loved and treasured this book ever since my baby sister was born in 1969. I have the classic edition but didn't want my kids to tear it up so I was over-joyed to see it back in print. I give it a "thumbs up " for being reprinted and the words being the same. But honestly, I really don't like the new illustrations. The simple pictures were part of the joy of the classic edition. These seem so busy that the kids really don't pay them much mind. They are colorful, I will grant them that but it is a simple story with a simple message wearing "fancy-pants" pictures.

Yes, I hate it when they do that. Takes the imagination all out of it. Thanks for mentioning though.
