5.0 out of 5 stars The best sports bra I own, but pricey!, June 21, 2012

This review is from: Panache Women's Underwire Sports Bra (Apparel)
I am blessed with a lot above the waist (34F) and I'm a runner. I've always had a hard time finding sports bras that support well, minimize bounce, and decrease uniboob. This bra does all that, and is very well made, good quality materials, I know it will last a long time. So, even though it's a bit pricey, it's a worthwhile investment. I have 2 and will likely purchase more if different colors become available via prime membership/shipping. Oh, and if I have one piece of advice, it's go to a PROFESSIONAL bra store (not your local dept store) and get properly fitted. I thought I was a 36DD, and after getting fitted, I can tell you it makes all the difference in the world to wear the right size bra.

I found the best place to get a bra-fitting is a higher-end, Seattle-based department store. The pink, professional lingerie store has NEVER given me an accurate fit, mostly because I don't fit in their sizes and they adjust it to try to get a sale off me. Local stores have typically been accurate too. Just a tip!

I have since ordered a few more of this variety, an they are all holding up quite well. I wash them in sportswash, and never put them in the dryer.

Victoria's Secret adds 4 inches to the band when measuring, which will result in an ill fitting bra. They do this to make up for their limited size range.

I totally agree with you; I wore the wrong size of bra for a long time... I'm 34F too. What other bras (not sport ones) would you recommend?
