This summary of Dr. Davis' book contains some really amazing information from the book that, if true, could revolutionize treatment for some of the important health crises in American life: persistent overweight, type-two diabetes, and coronary artery disease. And that's just some of the conditions discussed. It appears that the major factor in bringing about or seriously aggravating all these conditions (and quite a few more) is just one thing. Ironically, that one thing comes from perhaps the most touted success story of twentieth-century agriculture: the development of the "super wheat" we now all eat.
You and I don't have to qualify as medical scientists to assess and benefit from what's in the book. A simple and safe short-term dietary change will give you enough information to decide what you might want to do. This summary has strongly awakened my interest in exploring more deeply the information that can be found in the book itself.
