I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my G.B. I had one before & my husband dropped and broke it on our ceramic floor. I cried. I finally found another one. It makes chopping or opening anying so much easier. I use my island across from my stove when I'm prepairing a meal & my G.B. sit right next to me. Everything not needed gets dumped in there & I make one trip to the garbage when I'm done. Best invention EVER!!! I own tons of Rachael Rays products & this is one of my most favorite
