Overall, it teaches you that the customer is your most important asset -- they can make or break your company -- and it also teaches you how to successfully balance your goals and the customers' needs to create the most successful marketing strategy for each individual entity.
What Shawn has done is provide the basics behind figuring out EXACTLY what your client's pains are ... and then delivering a solution to them via an incredibly effective sales and marketing process. I am going to put the great advice Shawn presents to work immediately.
Ok, transparency here...this book was recommended by my friend Daniel who knows the author, I went into it kinda expecting an ok read and with a positive mindset due to his recommendation. So I read it. Re-read it, then read it again and took about 8 pages of notes. One word... wow! This guy Rossbach took the "secret of PPC" and made it into an understandable platform that allows any business owner to not only see the value in PPC but also to put it into practice. Quite impressive. I recommend the book hands down.
Cons: ok... As glowing as my review is I have to say, I'd like to see some kind of insider secrets shared and some ummm maybe "guide" that business owners could use / purchase / get / smuggle and put into practice. Author did a great job at making it feel that I could do it...but I'd like to see MORE of a STEP BY STEP ON how to do IT. Hope he has someone watching this page. Because with a guide or video maybe it would bring This book full circle into a stand alone go to must have.
