Wish they'd bring this product back! It was my favorite lotion EVER! Burt's Bees stopped making this product years ago. I spent maybe 12 bucks on it. I just saw it for 68? No way.... I'd like to see Burt's Bees bring it back with their regular pricing.

The ingredients of this product are:

Rose Water, Sunflower Oil, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Fat), Mango Butter, Vegetable Glycerin, Beeswax, Natural Flavor, Grapeseed Oil, Rose Hip Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Marshmallow Extract, Willow Bark Extract, Calendula Flower Extract, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Fragrance, Sucrose Stearate (Sugar Emulsifier), Tocopherol, Beta Carotene, Xanthan Gum (Natural Thickener), Sodium Borate (Natural Borax), Glucose & Glucose Oxidase & Lactoperoxidase (Sugar and Natural Enzymes)

Stearic acid is an inexpensive moisturizing ingredient that is on every list of acne-generating ingredients. If you don't react badly to it, you will probably like this. Since learning what causes my acne (it's entirely product-related and stearic acid is the #1 culprit), I avoid it completely.

When I first tried this Marshmallow Vanishing Crème in a sampler kit, I purchased five more kits and then a 1.5 ounce glass container of this product. Can I say it is addictive?

Yes, I guess it does have a banana cream pie scent and the texture is similar to a banana cream pie topped with whip cream. To say this is decadent is an understatement. You will be very tempted to slather your entire body in a good helping of this cream.

Fortunately, it goes a long way and absorbs extremely well. In fact, that is why they call it "vanishing" crème. The ingredient list is impressive and contains rose water, mango butter, beeswax, grapeseed oil, rosehip seed oil, Vitamin E, marshmallow extract, willowbark extract, calendula flower extract, and a heady fragrance.

Grapeseed oil is one of the most powerful antioxidants and is high in proanthocyanidins, a group of bioflavonoids that are superior because they are water soluble. This ingredient also prevents skin cell damage caused by pollution and sun exposure.

"Marsh Mallow" is actually a pink flowering herb found in marshes and damp meadows. It has been used for centuries as a food and a medicine. The leaves and roots secrete an emollient fluid with healing properties for inflamed skin. In the past, people boiled the roots in wine to make a cough remedy.

I found this luscious creamy dreamy product to be healing for the body and mind. Not only will you feel comforted by nature, your skin will be baby soft and this product can be used for all-over body healing. The silver lid and glass jar have an unusually cute appeal.

If you love this product, you might want to try the Pore-refining mask, Evening Primrose Overnight Crème and the very unique parsley blemish stick. To take luxury to the next level, try the Shea Butter Decollete Crème on your feet, hands or all over your entire body. What an amazing line of products. They heal, protect and soothe your mind.

I'm still trying all the Burt's Bees products, and love how these products make me feel. They add a level of protection to your skin care routine and the clay mask I recently tried cleaned my pores like a dream.

I read good reviews on this product, so I thought I'd give it a try. The smell was a bit much, but didn't hang around long. It was the very greasy feeling that was left on my skin that I did not care for. All other reviews said it was light and "vanishes". Mine did the opposite. It was like thick vaseline that clung to my face and actually had to be rubbed in for awhile to get it to "vanish". Doesn't all face cream vanish? But it was the very heavy oily greasy smelly feeling on my skin that was the annoyance. I think I will stick to Olay.

I LOVE this product. It is the only thing I can wear on my 50 year old highly allergic, sensitive, pale-skinned and prone to wrinkles face. I look kind of like the woman on the box! Unfortunately it is discontinued and Burt Bees has no plans to rename/reinvent it (I emailed them begging them to do so...).
I think it works best for people in drier climates, since the main ingredient is Mango Butter. What I like is it dries nicely without being greasy and I can wear makeup over it without it smearing off all day. I coat my eyelids (without burning) and then my whole face with it in the morning, put shadow, eyeliner, mascara on over. It does a great job hydrating and really reduces the appearance of my crows feet. It doesn't make me breakout either.
Stock up while it lasts~

This products smells really good but the name is misleading. It is not a "Vanishing Cream" per se, and it says that on the box but it also says they call it a vanishing cream because of how it vanishes into your skin when you use it. However, the latter is not so true. It is a thick cream that definitely leaves a slightly greasy film on your skin, which is not bad if you are going to sleep. In fact, it is what you probably do want on your skin while you sleep. But they should make the word "Vanishing" vanish from the box.

I first tried this product in one of the many kits made by Burt's Bees (which are a great way to get started if you are new to Burt's Bees, a fabulous line!) and was instantly hooked. I get eczema on my eyelid and have had trouble finding something to help soothe and prevent eczema breakouts until I tried this, which I use with the royal jelly eye cream, also made by Burt's Bees. This cream truly does vanish, not leaving your skin feeling greasy as some creams do, but is not so light that it barely moisturizes. This is the best face moisturizer I have tried, even compared to expensive brands I have used.

After reading mixed reviews on this cream, I decided to give it a try. I love all Burts Bees products. Burts Bees products always have amazing ingredients. This product is 97.5% natural and is not tested on animals. I don't really know how to describe the scent. The scent could be better but at least it doesn't linger. The cream is very sticky in the jar. I was a little afraid I'd have the results of some other reviewers where it stayed sticky and heavy on the face. It was just the opposite. It was very light and left my face incredibly soft.

I like this moisturizer because it is light and not too greasy. The scent is mild and not overwhelming. I am allergic to most cosmetics except 1 brand that's quite expensive . I love this stuff for spring summer and fall. In winter I use a different Berts bees product that is heavier. I also like Berts bees stuff because they dont use a lot of synthetic chemical ingredients colors perfumes etc.

I have pretty sensitive skin that can't stand much moisture without breaking out but was beginning to get crepe-y around my mouth and eyes, so I was looking for something a little more powerful than my current creme. This creme is wonderful! I will say it is very thick, smells like marshmallow and is a bit sticky and heavy feeling right after you put it on but after just a minute it completely "vanishes" like it says. I thought, there's no way my skin can handle something so heavy, but I never break out and my skin is soft and not crepe-y anymore at all. I love this stuff and especially love that it's all natural.
