Get an edge to your Weight Management game
on January 24, 2016
Background: I have been a Weight Watcher for more than 12 years. The points system has changed recently (again). Anything with extra added sugar is now significantly higher in points. For those of you that are not familiar with Weight Watchers and points. High points = bad. High points mean that you will be eating lettuce and egg whites for the rest of the day/week depending on how much you love your sweets. I refuse to be defeated by new parameters of the Weight Watchers program. Which is why I was ecstatic when I came across these brownies.
After reading all these glowing reviews, I was a little disappointed that these brownies did absolutely knock my socks off the first time I tried them. I mean, I was expecting to get the same feeling that I get while dining out to fresh chocolate fondue. I was a little let down :)
However, I did not dismiss these brownies right away. In my next attempt, I decided to warm the brownie in the microwave for 30 seconds. There it was...brownie bliss! This is a generous portion of a brownie with a rich taste to it once it has been warmed up for a bit. Top it off with a small dollop of cool whip...that's right. This is how you take lead of the weight management game once again.
