Thought the bedside commode was good. There were no pinch points. And it was easy to slide on to. However, one of the arms immediately broke. I am glad it did not break while I was using it for support. I am very disappointed. Would like the manufacture to contact me regarding what it would take to fix or replace the arm or chair. Thank you

This chair was by-far my best purchase for use after leg/ankle surgery. It's truly a HEAVY DUTY chair - it can handle weight like a champ. It also doubles as a decent bench for bathing when you need it.

My only caution is to be very careful with the bucket - it's easy to get it only halfway on the track when replacing it. Just do a quick push test when you reset it to make sure it's on there securely!

The arms drop on you without warning. If you put pressure on the front of the bar ¬ on plastic rest as its too far back they just drop!!! Its also needs 1 more hole for a shorter person,we had to put legs all the way in past the holes. It is comfortable &easy to empty.

Only one arm can drop since I was able to put both arms up but only one arm had a moveable peg and the other arm had a non moveable peg. Other than that the seat itself is exactly the size my husband needed to be comfortable.

AWFUL!!!!
Ordered the commode for sick, elderly, bedridden mother. Per doctor's orders, wasn't allowed to used it the first month. Today was the first day she was given a green light to use the commode, so my husband and I assembled it. FIRST DAY, WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, the paint started peeling off, SHOWING RUST UNDER IT! I've included the pictures! Considering how much we paid for it, this is unbelievable!!! Due to the circumstances, we must keep it now, BUT WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! EVER!!!

This has been a must for a bed ridden family member. It arrived almost completely assembled. I only needed to put the back on. The collapsable arms make this particular commode very versatile. I do recommend you purchase liners, along with this product. It makes cleaning up much less messy.

This is very durable commode. The only complaint that I have is that the arms are little difficult to lock in place. I bought this as a temporary solution for a family member who needed to transition from the bed to the commode and vice versa due to ankle injuries. So far, it has worked very well.

Great Quality!! Very sturdy and reliable. Won’t need to purchase anything else for a long time!! Wish it came with splash guard, but universal fits into place for a couple bucks!! Great product for the price...

This commode is wide and very sturdy, and good for heavier patients.

The tube that the back is supposed to snap into was crushed when it arrived. I opened it so that the back would snap into place. My dad has been using it for 3 weeks and now the back has broken off altogether...the welding that attaches the back to the legs has snapped off. Very cheap product. What a waste of $138.
