The Sleeper's Dance is a Victorian-era adventure with white-knuckle suspense and good old-fashioned world building. It's like classic Arthur Conan Doyle, with modern sprinklings of Michael Crichton and Clive Barker.

I won't spoil the story for you, other than to say the story packs one hell of a punch. It's a exhilarating narrative that plunges headlong into emotion, madness and tragedy. This isn't just your run-of-the-mill horror tale. It's a mature and gritty meditation on human nature itself.

Mouse Diver Dudfield is an up and coming Kiwi author to watch out for! I eagerly await her next story. :)

The Sleeper's Dance is an enjoyable and quick read. Taking place in the Andes Mountains an Incan myth is behind the quest of four British explorers. What they find is horrifying, but they are filled with disbelief. After all it is just a myth. Or is it?
This is what you will discover as you dance with the Sleepers. But how do you awaken from this macabre dream. Or does the dance continue? Read this novella to explore the dance of Supay!
