I'd love to review it but no power

My computer died and I needed a new one ASAP. I got this computer late Friday. Turned out it was manufactured 2 years ago and sat somewhere on a shelf until ordered. When I received it the battery was dead. Shouldn't be a problem, plug in the charger and wait. Other than a blinking orange light, nothing . Called the service center and oh, leave it plugged in for an hour and it should be fine. No. Nothing. Called back and was told that the blinking light meant that it wasn't charging and I needed a new charger. Why didn't the first guy just say that. The new guy kept asking when I had gotten it. Today, about 3 hours ago, please I need a computer I kept saying. I was told they would overnight me a cord/charger since it was under warranty. This is Monday afternoon and I still haven't received the power cord. It turns out my phone charger fits but of course it wasn't made to charge the computer and had to be done over a long period of time as the plug was getting very warm.
If this is how Acer treats their customers, you may want to look at another manufacturer.
Better yet, just called Acer to ask about the overnighted charger I didn't get. I was told they couldn't overnight it because they didn't have any in stock. They will send one when they get more in. They couldn't shoot me a text, or call, or email? Isn't that why they got all that information from me, so they could contact me? Wow, what lousy customer service.
