Cons outweigh Pros

While it connects to my phone, it will not allow me to use one- touch capability, with my phone screen locked. The device has also had connection problems, as it sometimes makes calls (following voice command with phone UNLOCKED), and other times it doesn't even hear me, and I have to make multiple attempts in order to make a call.
Contacted tech support, and they walked me through some bluetooth file clearing, and "rediscovering device", none of which fixed the problem. I even tried connecting to my wife's phone Samsung Galaxy S7, and had same problems there.
Maximum range seems to be about 25 feet in house, 50' with no obstructions (end of a 53' trailer, with phone in cab of my truck).
Very displeased with unit fit in my ear as well, the speaker is rather over sized, and they have multiple earpiece "covers" to help seat in your ear, with a smaller hole pointing towards your ear canal. Leads to it being a poor fit, and in noisy environments, you can barely hear your call, unless you jack up the volume, which then hurts your ear.
I did not have any complaints, from other people on the other line being unable to hear me. It also does run for a good long while, and it is rather eye appealing, as it more more compact and modern looking than the other Blue Parrot(s).
Cons seem to outweigh the Pros, in this case. I will try ordering another to see if it was just a blue-tooth connection problem, but I have my doubts. Probably going to order the 350xt or 450xt, and just look like a dork. Function over aesthetics, right?
