Absolute POS, returning it, worst customer service

This Soundbar was set up by a professional from Magnolia. And it keeps dropping off my network, no one can figure out why. When you call customer service, you wait on hold for an hour and then have to hang up because who has an hour to wait on hold . They are absolutely useless. They will tell you the only way to set up the Playbar is by physically connecting it to your router with an ethernet cable. Huh? Isn't this supposed to be a revolutionary WIRELESS product, and there is no way to fix it except by buying a 200 foot ethernet cable to attach to your router? Unbelievable. Why isn't this Bluetooth? Oh yeah, they want to trap you in their ecosystem, which doesn't work. I have 5 friends who have dumped Sonos and just started using Bose. Who do you think makes better sound quality products Bose, or Sonos? To compete, Sonos, you need to make this a seamless product, because you have inferior sound. But you cannot even do that. I am returning this piece of absolute garbage right now. Also, customer service is an absolute joke. They ask you the same question 5 times in a row, which means they are playing Tetris and not listening to you. And they are idiots.
