Do not do their rma, they will have you destroy the product, then decline your rma request

The headset was creaking when i got it, but I assumed it was normal,
Then the right ear cut out after 5 months.
When I requested an rma, they had me cut off the left ear, then send them a picture with the headphones in two pieces.
Once I did this, they declined my rma, stating: "We are so sorry to inform you that your RMA request has been declined and the RMA number will be void from our system. This is unfortunately due to the fact that your RMA request was not able to pass our validation process"
I will update this review with any further issues, or if it is resolved.
