This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I will think twice before I use Amazon again for such a large purchase. Rear speakers are barely audible, randomly shut off and yesterday the sub-woofer stopped connecting to the soundbar. The following is a copy and pasted conversation I am having with customer support at Samsung.
If I got this right, the Samsung subwoofer is not connected to the Samsung Soundbar.
May I know the model number of the Soundbar and the Subwoofer from their rear panel.
We have not heard from you for some time. Do you wish to continue to chat?
i got it friday and it has been nothing but problems.
the rear speakers barely whisper when i watch anything other than a 4k movie

its a blue light that blinks fast

We can try to perform the power cycle of the Soundbar and Subwoofer and see if that works.
To power cycle the Soundbar and Subwoofer, perform these steps:
1)With the Soundbar and Subwoofer powered ON unplug the Soundbar and Subwoofer from the wall outlet.
2)Wait 30 seconds.
3)Plug the Soundbar and Subwoofer back in.
4)Power it ON.
Power cycle removes temporary glitches.
Please let me know once you are done.

Press and hold both the Vol- and Vol+ buttons on the soundbar until INIT appears on the display.
Let me know once you are done.
