Tru-lux light system
At 600 lux and with a color rendering index (CRI) of 90, the tru-lux light system is more than twice as bright and more closely simulates natural sunlight than the next best.
The right magnification for any task
Comprehensive — view your entire face at once in exceptional detail.
Our sensor has multi-sense technology that adapts to your behavior. It automatically lights up as your face approaches the mirror. During use, it becomes more sensitive so it won't turn off unexpectedly. When you're finished, it shuts off automatically – very efficient.
The mirror tilts back fully so you always have a clear, comfortable view — even while standing up.
Recharges with standard USB (cable and adapter included).
One charge lasts up to 5 weeks.
See Yourself in the Best Light
Under the wrong lighting, makeup colors can fool you, and most vanity mirror lights don't contain the full color spectrum so it's impossible to see subtle variations in your makeup color. At 600 lux and with a color rendering index (CRI) of 90, our automatic sensor mirror has a tru-lux light system that simulates natural sunlight so you can see full color variation and always know when your makeup is color-correct and flawless. Looking good in this light means you will look flawless in any setting.
No Light Loss, No Hot Spots
Our sensor mirror disperses light evenly with a unique pattern of micro-reflectors in the outer ring, for completely even light without any light loss or hot spots. And our mirror's surgical-grade LEDs have been rated to perform like new after 40,000 hours — that's an hour a day, every day, for more than 100 years.
The Right Magnification for What You Need
The 5x magnification is perfect for viewing your entire face at once in exceptional detail.
Automatic Sensor On/Off
Unlike other vanity mirrors, you never have to fumble with buttons or switches because our mirror has a motion sensor that detects when you are in front of it so it lights up automatically as your face approaches. And once in use, the sensitivity of the sensor increases so it won't turn off unexpectedly. Then after it senses you are done using the mirror, it will turnoff automatically – very convenient.
No Batteries, No Messy Cords
The sensor mirror is rechargeable so there are no messy cords to clutter up your space. And it can be used for up to 4 weeks on a single charge.
The sensor mirror tilts back fully so you always have a clear, comfortable view —even while standing up.
Super Reflective Distortion-free Mirror
The mirror itself is made from ultra-clear, high-quality glass backed by high-purity aluminum coating that provides superior reflectivity and clarity and has precise curvature for distortion-free optics – even around the edges.

My main complaint is the on off sensor. It seemed like a great idea UNTIL I found that as I was applying makeup, every time I would look away to retrieve a brush or search for a product in my makeup box, the mirror would turn off. This became annoying after having to turn the light back on multiple times. I felt like I had to remember not to deviate from being in the line of the sensor so that the mirror would not turn itself off when I did not want it to. I found that waving my hand in front of the sensor (which is located on the top of the mirror) would make the light come back on but after doing that multiple times, it became a nuisance. I finally solved the problem by putting a small piece of delicate painters (opaque) tape over the sensor so that the light would not keep cutting off when I didn't want it to. I would have MUCH preferred on option on this mirror to keep the light continuously illuminated. For a mirror priced this high, I would expect better design as far as the on off feature.
Overall, I am happy with this mirror. I would be much less happy if I had not been able to come up with a way to keep the mirror from constantly turning itself off when I did not want it to do so.
What I like about the mirror is the 8 inch size of the mirror. It's not too small and you can see your entire face. The lighting is also very good. I did a lot of research before making this purchase and am happy with the result. It's an expensive mirror so my expectations were high. Happy to say that my expectations were met.
My fault, I should never have fallen for the unnecessary option of having an automatic ON/OFF sensor
This feature will drive most people crazy...especially when it does not even work reliably.
It comes on every time you go near it...but then when you do need it to be on...it often
leaves you in the dark. So my recommendation is yes go ahead and order this superior mirror
BUT I suggest you pay the extra bucks for a manual ON/OFF switch. I believe you will be a lot
happier in the long run.
PROS: The mirror is huge at 9" in diameter. If you can't get your whole face in this thing, you've got quite the big head. The LED lights give you the perfect amount of light and makes for a thin bezel design. It's design is modern, and gorgeous to look at. The base is weighted, so it won't tip over. The sensor works flawlessly and requires you to get close enough that you'll avoid turning it on by just walking by. The base is a little over 4.5" in diameter, so it has a much smaller than typical footprint on whatever surface you place it. It's height is adjustable from 15"-18". It rotates at least 180 degrees horizontally and rotates vertically too. You get a nifty LED indicator that tells you when it needs to be charged and when it's done charging. You can expect about 4-5 weeks of use on one charge. It has a 5 year warranty, and most competitors offer only 1-3 years.
CONS: The mirror is huge at 9" in diameter. Frankly, it's too big and you'd better have a big vanity or dresser to put it on. 7" would have sufficed. A manual override to defeat the sensor and let you manually turn it on and off would have been appreciated too. Having the power switch on the bottom of the base is the only thing not brilliant about the design. Many people will have these on their bathroom vanity, a wet area. Is the base waterproof? I suspect people will be finding out. Lastly, there's the price. This thing is overpriced. There, I said it. $200 is a bit steep. It's made in China, so little of that cost is labor. You can spend more for some hard-wired wall mounted models, but this is the priciest table model. Granted there's nothing like it. Most high-end table models are around $100. The costliest competitor I found was a same sized LED lit mirror with a power cord and no sensor or height adjustment for $130. Is the sensor, cordless power, extra long warranty, and height adjustment worth the $70 premium? You be the judge. It didn't stop me from buying it, but I'd like to see this mirror come in at $150. Even better, I'd like a 7" model for less.
BOTTOM LINE: It's the best lighted table mirror on the market hands-down. You'll get quality materials, a gorgeous design, along with features and a warranty no one else can match. But it's gonna cost you. If you can stomach the price, get it because there's nothing else like it. If you want a 9" LED mirror and can live with a cord and a manual on/off switch, there are less costly options as low as half the price.
UPDATE: After a few weeks of ownership, I have to deduct a star. First, my mirror tends to turn itself on with no one near the sensor. It seems to only happen when I'm in the shower, so it could be the steam affecting it. Not sure if it's a design flaw or only a problem unique to mine. Either way it shouldn't be happening. Second, I can't use the mirror after a shower because it has no anti-fog feature. Really, Simple Human? For $200, not having that feature is unacceptable. Everything else is still fine with it.
