I bought this game for my 9-year-old son. While it was fun to play, we seemed to be able to hang all the pieces. One day I happened to be at a thrift store and there was a set for sale - so I bought it. I am so glad I did - this game is way more fun with more pieces. While we did discover that you could make the base twice as high with the second set - the weight caused it to topple over. So if you do buy two sets, just use the regular sized base and all of the squiggly pieces. My 5-year old likes playing it by himself and getting all the pieces to balance symmetrically (I should have taken a picture, as it was pretty cool).(2,584) -

Bought the main 5th edition game along with the [[ASIN:B00U26V9CU Catan 5-6 Player Extension - 5th Edition]], since I've enjoyed playing previous versions of the game with friends. I found this version on Amazon and decided to purchase it despite some of the comments about misaligned pieces. Unfortunately, some of the number tokens, terrain hexes, and Building Cost cards were off center. While this does not affect the game play (which is still excellent), it does detract from the perceived quality of the product. Details at the bottom of the review.
The replacement process was painless and straight forward. I provided pictures, an explanation of the defects, and quantities of the affected pieces. I received replacement pieces at no cost after 3 weeks. The pieces were from the previous edition of the game, which I don't particularly mind. I bought cozmo for my 8 year old. Cozmo is very fun to play with. Like other reviews, it can get boring after a little bit. If the developers stay up on him and keep the updates coming and if they follow through on having multiple cosmos being able to communicate with each other and interact, than the sky is the limit for this. I know some complain about cozmo using wifi instead of Bluetooth but I personally believe Bluetooth would severely limit the developers ability to grow cozmo. I also think the distance limitations of Bluetooth would hold cozmo back. I would recommend buying him and keep in mind that this company will continue to grow cozmo.(1,055) -

I bought this for my husband for Christmas when he said he wanted one after seeing it on TV. It is still sitting on its little stand in its original configuration. I asked him if he liked it, he said 'of course, I'm just afraid if I start moving things around, I'll never be able to get it to look like that again'. Thanks. This game is fantastic. I've spent many nights playing this game with my family and sometimes it can get pretty vicious. If you are looking for a pretty easy to learn, family game, you cannot go wrong with Rummikub. I would recommend a small cloth bag to use to mix the chips when you draw as well.(1,683) -

So cool that the Spirograph I remember is back! We have tried for years to find this toy in stores and online...could only find old ones on ebay for a fortune. This has all the original wheels and rings plus really NICE PENS...not only that, the pieces have bigger holes so that they work with any pen or kids marker you have at home. The best part though is that they now include "spiro-putty" for holding the pieces down instead of having to poke holes in the paper....great idea! I love that the storage case has a built-in work surface too....our kids aren't allowed to use pens on our table because it will leave marks, the work surface protects the table and makes it easy to grab all the pieces from the storage tray. We bought this toy, and at the beginning my children did not play with it , it was kind of "complicated", different from traditional toys, many pieces, etc... It was mysterious. One rainy day I started playing with it myself, grabbed the manual and suddenly all of my children wanted to play, it wasn't complicated at all y was super interesting and fun. All you need to do is do a couple of projects with them, so they can learn how to use it. We don't call the pieces by its name yet, but it will be my next step, to explain each part, what is it for, why is important, so they can learn. Badass, cheap little kit. I'm not going to lie or exaggerate. I'd probably give it about three stars if it was more than 11 bucks. I've bought many art supply kits like this, and you can't really go wrong here. The quality of the product leaves something to be desired, but for who? This is perfect for beginners or even my eight year old to play around with when she's bored. I'll definitely get her some legit, decent quality art supplies in the next couple years, but younger kids usually don't give a shit about the craftsmanship of crayons and colored pencils, etc. After a few months it gets beat up and used, but for seven bucks or whatever it was you can just buy a new one. Simply the best race car set / track ever made. Great for adults and children alike. It says it is for 8 and above, but we have had 5 yr olds play with it and I expect that 4 yr olds can do it as well. After opening the box our the kids and adults alike played with it for hours... until our cell phones died!
Pros:
1. Track is the easiest to assemble, it uses magnets, so nothing to snap off an break, and they almost connect on their own.
2. Cars take approx 10 min to charge, but they give you at least 2 to 3 races per charge.. so almost 30 minutes of racing...or what feels like it.

This seems like the way that BB-8 should have been being controlled all along!!!
I got the original BB-8 last year when it was first released, and I've truly enjoyed using it with the app on my phone. However, when I saw that the Force Band was finally being released, I pre-ordered it right away. After having it for 10 days now I have to say I'm extremely happy with the product.
It works EXACTLY as advertised. Force Push forward to get rolling...lower your arm to slow down and stop. Bring your hand back towards you in a "Come Here" type of motion, and BB-8 will roll backwards. Turn by basically simply pointing left or right.
I will say that this takes a bit of getting used to. My initial uses all resulted in what seemed like a series of uncoordinated ... full review(2,283) -
