"Hindsight is better than foresight;" - by Jim Bond
If I could give this more than five stars I would. I have had a Firestick and an H96 Pro Plus before this and I was beginning to think that streaming was not going to be a good way to see movies. They stopped while playing and generally did not work well. The Shield is like driving a Ferrari after driving a Pinto. It is unbelievably fast and works perfectly. Don't waste your money buying the others just because they are cheaper. The Shield is worth every penny.
"Initial impressions XBR85X900F" - by Greg M (Dallas, TX)
Received product yesterday, mounted it on the wall last night and so far I have only connected a 4K Apple TV to it as a source. Did some very minor tweaking to the video settings and plan to adjust settings to rtings.com recommendations this weekend. Will probably get it professionally calibrated after break-in period and will update review after both. Initial thoughts out-of-the-box are that the TV is well made. I agonized a bit between getting a 75" Z9D or getting the 85" 900F. I think if I had them side-by-side I would see a difference but the picture of the 900F on its own did not disappoint. Watched the opening scene of John Wick 2 in 4K HDR last night and the picture was great. The video panned smoothly, the contrast and blacks were really nice and I was pleased with the ... full review
"Great gaming monitor" - by SactoGuy (Canoga Park, CA USA)
The price is high but considering the high refresh rate and gsync combo the price is fair. The lack of dropped frames means everything is sharper. The colors look good as well (after playing with the image setting). The bad news that because it is a TN panel, even tilting your head a little noticeably changes the lighting and tint. I also realized that the settings for gaming do not work for web browsing or other work (too bright). Thankfully, it does allow you to create a few preset monitor settings to compensate.
"Perfect little projector for my purposes" - by Jason
Perfect little projector for my purposes. I love the audio out feature as well. Amazing to me that the audio out feature isn't a requirement on all projectors. I had bought an Epson for almost twice the cost of this unit, got it home and realized that there wasn't an audio out feature on the Epson. Returned that unit back to Best Buy and bought this unit instead. All systems go now. I even got an email from the seller checking in to make sure that I was happy with the unit.
"Interseting" - by Renoun
The TV is excellent and weighs about 10 lbs. You have to register it using a code. I tried doing so with my phone but it didn't work. So I called a number on the registering app - Turns out I must have entered the website wrong and then dialed a scam number. This guy told me I needed to pay $99 to register the TV. I said not a chance bozo I'll read the manual and send it back If I have to pay anything else with the TV. I called the number in the manual and the woman said there is no cost to register the TV and that the first number must have been a scam.
"Works for Dolby Vision with Apple TV 4K" - by Kevin
Finally an HDMI cable that works between my Apple TV 4K and my Sony 4K TV with the highest quality.

I've tried several old cables and even a new one rated for 'Premium High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet' speed, but they had issues such as the signal dropping in and out every minute or so. This cabled worked perfectly with the 4K Dolby Vision at 60hz.

Dropping to 4 stars because I feel like $30 is kind of expensive for an HDMI cable, although right now it seems like it is the only 'Ultra High Speed' HDMI cable on the market at the moment.
"Solved an Apple TV 4K issue." - by Ron W (New Palestine, IN USA)
I had an Apple TV 4 connected to my LG 4K TV and it was working fine with the high quality but older HDMI cable. After I upgraded to the Apple TV 4K HDR I noticed occasional dropouts in the video or audio — very short but annoying. The Apple TV cable check function passed. Based on reviews here I decided to try the Atevon 3.3 ft HDMI cable. When I installed it I again did the Apple TV cable check which of course passed. It also passed the 4:2:2 test. Since installing this cable there have been no glitches or interruptions in the video or audio. So don't blame the Apple TV 4K or your TV if you have video issues. You just need a top quality cable. I highly recommend the Atevon cables.
"I'm a perfectionist who is very rarely happy with any product" - by Jared XIV
Let me start by thanking the seller for answering all of my questions, and doing so on the cheaper version of this TV. You didn't know if I was a serious buyer or not....but yet you took the time to answer in detail every question I had....and that definitely influenced my purchasing decision.

I'm a perfectionist who is very rarely happy with any product. There is only a handful of products I've reviewed on Amazon....out of the thousands of products I purchase on the site each year...and this is one of them. I'm picky to the extreme in most cases. If the color is not perfect, it is not bright enough, there is any glowing/bleeding, or less than ideal input lag I'm either selling the TV/Monitor or returning it. Over the past year....I've owned a 55" LG OLED55C7P, 55" Sony X930E, a 49" Sony X900E, Sony X720E, 49" Samsung MU7000, ... full review
"Question is, can you manage with an old PS4? I couldn't, after long debate." - by Cstober
I was hoping the interface would be different from the standard PS4 dashboard but I can't complain. You will instantly notice a massive improvement. It is so crisp, framerate is smooth!

The most beneficial feature for me is 1TB of space. I had so many games and I was only able to play 2/3rds of them. I doubled my hard-drive storage and now I can play all of my games. Woot!

The PS4 Pro is noticeably bigger than the standard PS4. You may want to measure an area to place it. My old PS4's "area" was too small for my new PS4 Pro, so I had to build a shelf for it instead. It looks better so I'm happy.
"Extremely fast drive" - by Evan G.
The drive performs fantastically. It truly is a successor to the 850 Evo. I purchased this drive to upgrade my laptop, and right off the bat I noticed a huge improvement. Boot to desktop was about 7 seconds. Would absolutely buy again.

Edit: For any of those curious, the specs of my laptop are as follows:
I7-3632qm Ivy Bridge @ 2.2Ghz
16gb 1600Mhz RAM
Radeon HD 7670M GPU
Samsung 250gb 860 Evo

On a side note, if you are looking to upgrade a laptop and use this drive as your main drive and are looking for a more straight forward approach, cloning your current drive over to the new SSD is fairly straight forward.

I purchased a Started USB 3.0 to 2.5" drive converter for roughly $10 in conjunction with Macrium Reflect Free for this, and it worked perfectly with this drive. The software is super simple to use and is fully compatible with this SSD.

"Don't spend more. This one works great." - by ANDREA1969 (Hesperia,CA.)
These "Toptrend 4K HDMI cable 3ft -HDMI 2.0 cord supports 1080p, 3D, 2160p, 4K UHD, HDR, Ethernet, and Audio Return -CL3 for in-wall installation -28AWG braided for HDTV, Xbox, Blue-ray player, PS3, PS4, PC, Apple TV"
Rating: 5/5

What I Like:
-Long and thick cable with a durable feel
-Connectors are smooth and good quality
-Inexpensive price

What I Don't Like:
-Nothing so far

Conclusion: This cable is great for those 'mid-length' jobs where 50 feet is just too much cabling but 3 feet is just enough to reach. The cable is of equal quality to others I have purchased with a similar length - it is thick and durable feeling with solid connectors on both ends. We're using it to connect a laptop to the TV when we are sitting on the couch, so it sees frequent connects and disconnects and it has held up well over the last year. I'd recommend this product to anyone who ... full review
"Perfect solution to the problem of running out of HDMI ports!" - by Zero Ehxe (East Texas)
I purchased this splitter for use with my television and a PlayStation Vita TV console and Nintendo Wii U console. I ran out of ports, so a splitter seemed to be the perfect solution, much better than unplugging devices every time I needed to switch. This product is simple to use: plug the two sources into one side and the output location in the other, and you're done! It can also be used to split one device to two locations, like displaying a video game or television show on two different monitors. There is a small button you press in the center of the splitter to switch between the output selections. The video quality was good on the display even though it is going through the splitter.

Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone who runs out of HDMI ports on their television. I ... full review
"Works great" - by RA (New York, NY)
Works as described and sends a full 4K UHD image to both devices. Great quality too. Feels substantial and well built unlike some others sold on Amazon.
