Great Movie and Great Book. I am on Nixon obsession at the mkembt. I am fascinated by the similarities between Nixon and Trump. Both hated the media and so much more. So glad that this movie is out on DVD! Our family really loves these Hallmark productions and All of My Heart is one of our favorites. The story is interesting and warm and the performances by Lacey Chabert and Brennan Elliot are great. The supporting performances are also very good, and really add to the story. Chabert and Elliot have a terrific chemistry and I was glad to see that they worked together again recently on another very enjoyable Hallmark production, A Christmas Melody. All of My Heart is really a sweet and very charming movie that will make you smile and laugh...What could be better? Definitely a keeper.(319) -

In these days when you have 5,000 channels you would think some of these older films would get a chance. These films are a great distraction, if for no other reason for the atypical use of some of the Hollywood talent: Yvonne de Carlo sings! Donald O'Conner is a pirate! Jeff Chandler goes undercover! If this story hadn't actually been true, it could have only been a made for TV, after school special, lol. I mean really, a 5'9" defensive superstar that weighed 150 pounds that almost carried the entire defense? But it is true and it is amazing. Never really been a huge Aaron Eckhardt fan, but he does do some pretty good acting. This movie I though his acting was excellent.(358) -

I used to have the extremely rare Widescreen Region 1 DVD release with this same cover art, but alas, idiotic me, I think I accidentally threw it out anticipating a move.
Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid! He said as he banged his head against the wall several times. Oh well. I think from now on I need to take stock of which films I'm tossing, and which films I'm keeping.
But, to the movie. It's a decent enough flick, telling of the greed and redemption of a dog living on the edge, who passes on, but steals a second chance for himself. Highly original and extremely inventive story telling, this is one of the best animated children's films with an edge for adults that I've yet to come across. Reynolds is the perfect voice for a roguish dog, and his ever faithful ... full review(472) -
