"One piece of emergency gear I hope you never use!" - by Codug (New Mexico, USA)
I have the unfortunate experience with Quik-Clot products from my military years. This newer version I've been told is much more effective and less damaging to the surrounding tissue. Either way it saves lives and does so quickly. It is truly amazing to see it in action and know that a simple piece of emergency kit can stop bleeding so quickly. These trauma packs are an essential for every first aid kit. In todays world you never know what tomorrow brings...its time to be prepared.

"A SHOOTERS MUST!" - by Daniel C.
PERFECT! This kit has been integrated into my Blowout and Trauma Response kits. It contained all the items I needed to round out my trauma kits. Quality items at a really good price! I would recommend this to any active shooters in the event "things go bad" on the range or in the field. Compact enough to fit into the HSGI Bleeder/Blowout Pouch perfectly. Thanks NAR for another great product!

"Great for EDC" - by EricJG
Fits great in my Rescue Essentials Ankle Medical System. Comes as shown: two seals attached together at a perforated seam. I took them apart at the seam, folded each one in half, and placed them both inside the main (flap-enclosed) pocket on the AMS. I also placed a pair of sealed nitrile gloves in the same pocket. Fits easily and securely.

"Emergency Responders this is a must for your Trauma Kits" - by Kevin
Being a EMT, I see many trauma patents, I have made these a big part of my Trauma Kit. They have been put to the test many times and every time come out on top

"Highly recommended..." - by G. Bricker (Illinois)
Have 4 of these: one in the car, one at work, one at home, and one in my range bag. Just recently added a CATS to the range bag that is prepositioned so that I can apply the tourniquet on myself one-handed. Added a RATS to my car first aid kit.
This kit is small enough to be carried on a belt, or stuffed into a book bag or briefcase or purse,or placed in a desk drawer. There are plenty of YouTube videos that show you how to use this.
Bear in mind, this is not a first aid kit. It's a trauma kit for serious bleeding wounds- gunshots, car wrecks, industrial accidents, etc.

"Great seal, even through blood sand and chest hair." - by Vance Jackson
I have used all the chest seals. Bolin, HyFin, Asherman, 3inch tape and an MRE wrapper. My fellow enlisted medic buddy described it as "...a sticky piece is sticky." It's the only one that really works in all conditions.

"The right med pouch for the right price" - by Griz
I was impressed with this pouch, big enough to put together a really good kit but not so large that I am encouraged to cram in stuff I don't really need. Looks well made, tough fabric, smooth zippers with cord pulls, seams reinforced with seam tape and stress points double stitched. There are even elastic straps that keep the front from flopping all the way down if the pouch is opened when it is attached to a vertical surface. Various internal hold downs and dividers are provided, and the PALS webbing (on both sides) is correctly spaced.

When I first saw it, it looked like it might be a bit small, but once I started filling it up, it was amazing how much stuff it held. I am surprised it cost so little, there were plenty of other similar pouches I saw that sold for ... full review
