"Surprisingly strong and clip really well to both gutters and shingles!" - by Scott (Good 'ol US of A!)
This is my first Christmas in our new house, so I wanted to be sure to get the lights up early. My dad had always went with nails or staple guns, but I wanted to find an easier alternative. The Adams Christmas Mighty Light clips are a wonderful little addition.

The clips are really strong, and clip securely to both gutters and shingles. Half of my house is gutters on the edge, and the other half is angled, so it has just shingles to the edge. I was able to use these at about two feet apart and they are working out great.

The top side for the lights holds the strand securely, but if you're really looking to make them taut (no drooping) I would recommend making sure there is a light right on the other end of the clip so it stops the wire from pulling ... full review

"Perfect for gutters" - by Dave Edmiston (So Cal)
These work great for rain gutters or thin tiles. I was hoping they would work on the thicker (1") roof tiles on my house, but they wouldn't open up that wide.

To use them on a rain gutter, you twist one of the pieces off to detach it, and then you snap the post into the smaller hole. The larger piece clips into the gutter and the smaller piece holds the light. You can twist that up and down to adjust the orientation of the light.

TIP: Don't wait until you plan to use these before you assemble them. It takes a little time, so you should plan to sit in front of the TV and put them all together the night before.

"Super handy" - by rachaeld
These work really well. I used them to hang christmas lights over my back patio. It really helps to drill a pilot hole before installing each hook - I bought the special drill bit to screw in the hooks, but I didn’t really need to use it after I drilled pilot holes.

"Perfect for hanging Christmas light on the inside of the window" - by M. Eaton (Southern California)
I used these command clips to hang Christmas light (icicles) on the inside window sill and it is the best fit for the job. The clip is 1/2" W and 3/4" L, crystal clear, and able to hold two and maybe three 22 AWG cables (my icicles lights have 3 wire intertwined together). Before hanging the clips up, I followed the instruction of cleaning the area with isopropyl rubbing alcohol (not household cleaners), attaching the strips to the clips, applying 30 seconds of pressure to the clip against the wall, and waiting 1 hour before hanging the lights. So far, the lights are hanging up with no issues.

Here are some warnings and notes on the back of package:
1) Do not use with wallpaper
2) May not adhere well to vinyl surfaces. Some window cases are made of vinyl.
3) Do not use for antiques, heirlooms, or other valuable or irreplaceable items
3) Do ... full review

"Perfect for hanging outdoor fairy lights" - by Amazon Customer
We bought several packs of these clips to hang outdoor fairy lights under our patio roof. Since we live in Florida we were concerned the tape wouldn't hold up under the hot temps in the summer. So instead of using the mounting tape, we used silicone caulk to stick each hook up. This worked great and the clips are exactly what we needed to hang the lights. They are working well and we don't see any future problems with them. Options for hanging outdoor lights in the hot Florida summers are minimal, so we think this clip adapted using silicone will do the trick.

"Just what I needed." - by Sean
Excellent product. White plastic clips with many different positions that lights can be mounted to them. Strong fastener to the gutter, can also be mounted to the shingles. Work for small string lights and large - mine are LED C-7 - C-9. I'm leaving them up this year and may update again after, to see how they held up. But had some snow, and wind this past year and they did fine. My only concern would be them degrading in the sun, but we'll see.

"Reduced the time it took" - by Pizza face (AZ)
A lot of clips that are easy to use and doesn't destroy your house when you use them. I was able to put the lights up quicker than normal this last year because I used these clips. Tons of clips, that are great quality, and easy to use. I would recommend using these clips if you like to put lights on your house for a holiday, or for fun, or for a party.

"You can't get any better than this to hang your holiday lights" - by Joseph M. (Jensen Beach, Florida United States)
I was going to use cups holders, but finding them in stainless steel was not so easy. When I found these, I thought they looked perfect, but it wasn't until they arrived that I knew they are perfect. They are very heavy gauge stainless steel, and I suggest a small hole be drilled to make screwing them in a bit easier. Once they are in, they are in for life. Before you go screwing them in, be sure of this. Take your light string, or whatever you will hang, and workout the droop between hooks. You don't want droop between hooks, so move them as close as they need to be to avoid drooping wire, then measure that distance and maintain it all the way around your roof. Now here is what I learned from that. As you approach a corner, work the spacing enough to keep that minimum distance, ... full review

"Great clips" - by Lben42
These clips worked great for my holiday C9 and C7 sized light strings. I used these along the edge of my shingles and didn't have a problem. I thought a few times my C9 lights would break the clip because of the tight fit but it never happened. I have not tried to use these for a mini-light clip but I would imagine they would work just fine as the most important part is attaching the clip to the roof/gutter.

I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

"Good product" - by Jimmy Whorton
Very easy to install, used to hang some outdoor decorative lights on my back porch. Only thing to watch out for is that the pins are not easy to install if wood is hard - typically I was able to find wood trim that worked but on some 4 X 4 treated boards you had to almost hammer in pins, if not careful this will break the pins.

"Good product" - by MBAR
Really liked the clips when i hung them up the first time. What a breeze putting up my lights. The only negative was when i went to take them down the whole string of lights came flying off the roof line and hit the ground , destroying 3 of the light bulbs on my new wifi set. Will use again next year to see if they last more than one year.

"Very handy for gutters with screens" - by K. Barbalace (Maine)
These hooks were very handy for hanging lights on our gutters with screens. The one challenge was finding a way to place them on a gutter without using a ladder. We have too many hedges and such that prevent the placement of a ladder against the house to reach the gutters. I also wish there was an option where the hooks were dipped in a white coating so that they blended in with the gutters better. This would allow them to be left up year round without being so noticeable.
