Got three. Oh my word. Gave these to my extreme gaming nephews and my gaming loving daughter for Christmas. I was scared the kids would be like, "You're kidding me, right?" Haha! These kids are 13, 11 and 8. They knew this was just a "simplistic" toy but were hooked. They had so much fun with them, they ran around the house together squealing at the games they discovered and shouting about how awesome they were. This wasn't a one day party favor thing where it got old fast. The kids were using these on and off for two weeks until we had to take them away so they'd take time off for a while. First off don't buy this on amazon, check your local family dollar as I got it there for $30.00.
So is this worth it, I would say it's not worth nearly $50.00! But say maybe $40 or $30 sure!

It includes two wireless controllers ( 2 AAA batteries per controller not included requires a screw driver)
Unit also can play original Sega cartridges.
Unit can use original Sega plug style controllers.
The unit is small sleek and very portable.
Includes an awsome bundle of games ie sonic 1,2 altered beast and much more
All necisary cables are included in the box.
Cons
Unit uses AV cables witch you would expect at this price how ever the lack of the stereo AV cable is a bit of a head scratcher? The sound is bad, but ... full review(187) -

Bought it to test my Chinese made NES, SNES and Genesis Everdrive carts. It worked perfectly, except the save state function didn't work for the NES. I did not test the wireless controllers, but the original console controllers worked great.(63) -

Great Console. Use it to play NES, SNES and Gameboy(via my Super Gameboy which works perfectly). All my games work, and the sound and video are, as far as I can tell, very close to the original. I really like the 2 controllers included, and the simple game switcher. This means you can plug in two games, and switch between them without even turning off the console.
My only gripe with this would be that when I first got it, the first ten or so times put in NES carts, it was very tight, but after use, mine has lighten up and I am not afraid of it harming the game.
I remember I got it for sale for 40, but even 50 or so isn't too bad. Great console to start a retro collection, just toss a Super Gameboy in.

Very lite weight, but may be be because it is missing a battery, I'm hoping I'm wrong. I'll update after i discover what is going on here. So i plug it into a charger and off the bat, the unit is not in English, it's in what i assume is Chinese, took me a few minutes to figure or the controls and find where to change the language.
The unit comes with no documentation.
While plugged in, the unit immediately says it's fully charged. But if i unplug it, it shuts off. Either the firmware is bad, or this thing had no battery. It doesn't feel like it had one installed in it.
Outside of that the unit looks good. Clean design and a promising large screen for the price.
Update, it takes some getting used to and most off the games are not ... full review(4)
