My son selected this movie to show at his birthday party. We had an outdoor movie night planned. We had a huge crowd of kids and parents. Kids ranged in age from 3 - 70. This was a great pick and appealed to all ages. I was really surprised how good this movie was. I would recommend to anyone with a broad audience to appeal to. I really thought the 10 year olds ( most of the attendees ) would lose interest. However they were engaged throughout the entire movie. Very cute, fun, upbeat, clean movie.(859) -

My kids and I LOVE VeggieTales. This is a fun and entertaining story that reminds us that the bunny and all the candy is fun but that isn't the true meaning of Easter. Bob and Larry explain Easter in simple words that kids can understand and they are hilarious while they do it. I've never been disappointed with veggie tales. They are always fun and always appropriate.(73) -

Wonderful music and the point of the Easter story is played out very simply in an entertaining way for kids and is inspiring even for adults.
It only tells the true Easter Story through pictures. It is not a "passion" play or anything close. But the message isn't lost.(124) -

"Yogi The Easter Bear" - By G. Chenoweth (Lake Stevens, WA)
This is a great TV special that deserves to see the light of day on DVD. It is funny and it shows Yogi and Boo Boo at their best. It earned all kinds of awards when it first aired on Cartoon Network and deservedly so. I highly recommend it to everyone.
There is a much better reason to purchase this DVD if you are a Yogi Bear or Hanna-Barbera fan, though. Warner Home Video could be using this DVD as a test product to see if there is interest in releasing more Yogi Bear on DVD. I don't know this for a fact, but it makes sense. It is important that all Yogi fans support this release with a purchase to help see more classic H-B cartoons come to DVD.
This is an entertaining special in itself and it deserves a place ... full review(24) -
