"Great book!" - by Taj Mahal (New York, NY, US)
As a guide to opening your new business, this is a must-read book. It's very well written in a friendly manner with no over promises. Everything I've read so far makes sense. Not the typical dry business book---I am a graphic designer and my partner is an interior designer---this book was written for us! I bought 2 copies--one for her and one for me! Get it before it's gone!

"An excellent book about selling online!" - by Christine (WI)
An excellent book by Dani Marie. This book covers a variety of topics to start your own handmade business online. It is explained in an easy to understand way and gets right to the point/topic. One of my favorite parts of the book is Dani's explanation of how to take professional looking photos to help your items sell. She provides real life photos from actual Etsy stores along with the links to visit those stores and see more examples of professional looking photos. At the end of the book there is an action plan outlined to help you take steps/actions to grow your business online. A very well done book.

"A wonderful guide to get you motivated and start selling!" - by Carol M
I really have enjoyed learning all the ins and outs of selling on Etsy through Steve Weber's book. I feel like we were sitting across from each other at the kitchen table. It is very easy to understand and up to date. I am now ready to start up on etsy as a seller. I really enjoyed the store profiles he used and his interviews with them. You can really learn a lot from his series of books.

"Perfect for anyone who wants to sell anything!" - by Go4theguasto
I bought this for my mom. She makes her own jewelry, but has no idea how or where to sell it. I thought that this book would give her some ideas (which it did). This book is very simple, useful, and explanatory. Almost anyone could read this book and get started right away. Best deal online w/ Amazon Prime!

It answered a lot of questions on how to and taught me so many other things that I needed to do in order to improve my etsy shop. "Finally a Book for Creative Thinkers Who are Entrepreneurs" - by Michele McGraw (VA United States)
This book was such an eye opener for me. I never realized why I had such a hard time with business plans and marketing, etc. (and I majored in Business Admin/Marketing) This book allows me to be creative while planning my business. It is a fun way to do the tedious tasks of running a business. If you find the tasks of running your business difficult, read this book and see if it sounds like fun. I know I can't wait to create mine. I read through the whole book in 1 day. I participated in the Right Brain Business Plan Video Summit and now I'm ready to get started.

"A worthwhile purchase" - by coldhamcuddlies
Compared with some other books of a similar ilk, this one doesn't talk down to one, treats the reader as intelligent and offers useful and original hints. Unlike so many craft oriented publications, it doesn't only feature US crafters and is written so that those of us in the UK with similar worries can relate to the suggestions. Definitely worth buying.

"Thank You (from one of the frustrated Etsy sellers)" - by christine
I just finished with my FIRST read-through of this inspiring book. I know Jason says (I feel comfortable calling the author by his first name because after after reading, I kinda consider him a friend) to go through the book chapter by chapter, but it is written with such a fun, engaging, personal voice that I couldn't stop! My book has a ton of dog-ears that I marked while reading to take a more in-depth look at those topics in my following read-thoughs. I'm looking forward to getting down to business & taking full advantage of the downloadable content provided for each chapter and topic.

This book is for the everyday Etsian that doesn't have any real professional business experience. In Art School, they teach you all the basics of creating art, but no real-life skills to market, sell, and make a living from the art that you create. I've been ... full review

"Excellent Comprehensive Beginning Book for Craft Sellers!" - by E.V. Debs (Waukegan, IL)
The language and layout of this text is accessible and not intimidating at all. I would buy this with a couple of the "Dummies" books on website design and SEO and you would be set for online selling. A major strength of this book is that it relates to all genres of crafters, not just jewelry or soap makers. The author keeps the examples general so her advice applies to everyone. She is also honest about the challenges of making money at this endeavor and that you can't expect to list a website or set up a storefront online and be found right away. Some of the chapters are step-by-step and others are more narrative with both being valuable. If you are open to going slow at this rather than expecting to quit your day job, you'll find this book to be an excellent ... full review

Very informative. Helped me realise that my current business plan would have made me work more for the money more than the love of it and would have left me unhappy very quickly. Thanks for the help.
