Very good ..but I have a tool to detect the North Pole. And it says it is opposited side that they recomend in this pad.
So I use that.
Me and husband feel better and more energetic after use this pad for some hours.
Of course beside a healthy diet with herbs and suplements also homeopathy.
Also avoiding bad food and sugar.
All this together and this pad made a good improve in my health. Thank you Serenity 2000 company.

Got these for my mother because she has arthritis. Since wearing them, she has noticed that her aches and pains have gone down massively. I was very skeptical of whether this bracelet would have any effect or not. I have carpal tunnel and arthritis from years of working in restaurants and playing guitar, and I'm happy you say this bracelet really made a noticeable difference. It's not a miracle or anything, but definitely helps the pain in my wrist, will probably by another next week.(1,056)
